Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities-

Posting Job Openings:

Drafting accurate and engaging job descriptions, posting them across various job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Screening Resumes:

Reviewing incoming applications to shortlist candidates based on role requirements, skills, and experience, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs.

Conducting Interviews:

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates, conducting preliminary screening calls or assessments, and facilitating interview rounds with hiring managers. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are properly inducted and integrated into the organization. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements. Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and team-building activities. Help foster a positive work environment and improve employee morale and retention. Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed within the organization. Coordinate employee training and development programs, maintain records of training and certifications. Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly. Assist in analyzing data to improve HR processes and programs. Participate in HR initiatives, such as wellness programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and team-building activities.
Required skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement. Strong communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and research skills. Knowledgeable in HR software and MS Office. Quick decision-making skills. A keen eye on details for accuracy. Strong work ethics. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Experience- 1 to 3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
