EXPERIENCE :
3-4 YEARS experience other day to day administrative works of the plant in HR field preferably in the plant of Pharmaceutical company
JOB DESCRIPTION
Take care of shift duties.
Take care that the shift timings are maintained and adhered to. Time keeping functions.
Maintain attendance records for the respective shifts.
Ensure that labour strength and security services are okay in the shifts.
Housekeeping and cleanliness in shifts of plant premises.
Help maintain records that are required statutorily and otherwise at Head Office from time to time.
Ensure that the basic facilities are okay in the shifts.
Take care that discipline is maintained and company's norms are followed by the employees in shifts.
Report any untoward happening or observation to Plant Head (HR&A) and GM (HR) in the respective shifts.
Deployment of manpower in the shifts.
Prepare pay roll and leave records and another official records as per Govt policy.
Any Other work assigned by plant HR HEAD/Plant Head or GM(HR) at corporate office.
