Key Responsibilities:
Associate Onboarding
Coordinate pre-joining formalities including offer letters, background checks, and documentation.
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain associate records and update HR systems.
HR Operations
Handle Associate data management.
Support day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain HR documents, policies, and records with confidentiality.
Payroll Operations
Assist in handling employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and benefits.
Offboarding
Ensure smooth exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
Maintain exit records and documentation.
Talent Acquisition
Support the recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds.
Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
