Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles
  • Onboarding, induction & employee placement
  • Employee Relations & Development
  • Support employee development initiatives
  • Address and resolve employee grievances
  • Coordinate international travel documentation
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Prepare HR data for financial audits
  • Support HR budgeting activities
  • Ensure labour law & ISO documentation compliance
  • Manage TNI, Competency Framework, PMS, Time & Attendance
  • Administration
  • Oversee housekeeping, canteen, travel desk & hospitality
  • Manage admin invoices, employee events & office stationery
  • Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with insurance, canteen, transport, pest control, labour contractors, security, etc.
