We're Hiring -Executive HR/IR (Vadodara)
Location: Vadodara
Role: HR & IR (Plant Operations)
Experience: 2-5 years
Salary: ?3.5 - 4.5 LPA
Notice Period: 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding, induction & exit formalities.
Handle attendance, payroll, leave, and full & final settlement.
Ensure compliance with labour laws & statutory requirements (Factories Act, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Manage contractor performance and support plant HR operations (canteen, housekeeping, transportation, guest house).
Prepare HRIR/Admin budgets and handle MIS/statutory returns.
Ensure 5S implementation & audit readiness.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate in HR: MSW / MLW / MHRM / MBA / MHRD.
2-5 years' experience in manufacturing plant HR/IR.
Strong hands-on skills in payroll & attendance (core focus area).
Proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS, Power BI/AI tools.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have payroll management as core expertise.
Exposure to plant-level HR operations & statutory compliance.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
