OBJECTIVE OF ROLEIGT Solutions is looking for Executive - HR Onboarding candidates with joining formalities and document verification. Check genuine and completeness of the submitted document. Check all required documents with relation to employment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct back ground check on previous employment by reaching out to the candidate previous company through email/calls. Verify Employers authenticity and contact details through internet. Adhere to timelines in completing the employment check. Follow up on insufficient documentation cases with respective stakeholders. Publish report to all stakeholders on negative cases. Maintain confidentiality of the data. Excellent coordination Recruiters and HR team and Delivery team to work on negative cases.

EXPERIENCE1 year plusQUALIFICATIONUG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - MBA/PGDM in HRABILITIES

• Good verbal / written communication Eye for detail. Ability to meet stringent timelines Able to maintain the information with confidentiality and integrity.
