Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Fill manpower gaps for designated locations and ensure timely hiring.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Complete joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records.
Attendance Management:
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates.
Payroll Management:
Coordinate payroll processing by providing accurate inputs and resolving payroll-related queries.
Employee Grievance Handling:
Address employee concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives for employee development.
