Overall :
The selected individual will play an intricate role in HR services and HR operations related activities like New starter setup, Employee record updating, providing reports to HRBP, Queries/Cases handling. System knowledge is essential. Essential duties will primarily consist of collaboration with UK HR and Employees to identify and refine requirements and deliver analytic solutions. The HR Support team is responsible for the provision of administration support and processing activities relating to an employee\xe2\x80\x99s work life cycle from hire to retire and post retirement. This team is performing HR processes such as employee number generation, Employee record management and Job/Organization changes, Exits management. This team is working in partnership with the other HR stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll, Background Vetting, HR Legal and HR Information Systems, as well as all business stakeholders globally
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will work closely with members of the HR (both onshore and offshore) and internal support teams to;

  • Track and Monitor recruitment checks such as Right to Work, Reference\xe2\x80\x99s, CRB Checks and liaise with 3rd Party Provider Ensure new starters has turned up for work and set up on system
  • Receive and process information regarding hours, overtime, leavers and new staff
  • Accurately enter information onto Global HR and UK/ROI payroll system and run reports and payslips
  • Compiling reports on KPI data for the stakeholders
  • Resolving any first line help regarding internal pay queries from employees
  • Capturing information onto the in-house system and data input. Ensuring the data held on HR System meets accuracy and quality standards
  • Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service. Timely response to queries and requests received by the HR platform in line with SLAs
  • Perform data reconciliation to determine and maintain accuracy in HR core system
  • Responsible for Reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Execute HR processes for Starter/New Hires, Leavers, Changes, Reference Letters & Regulated References, Maternity, Paternity/Parental/, Flexible Working, Reports, Sickness/Absence, etc.
  • Effective data recording within employee electronic/physical files to meet data protection rules & guidelines
  • Keep the SOP documents up to date
  • Assist training other team members on the process, systems and applications as and when required
  • Understand and maintain high degree of confidentiality with respect to employee data
  • Participate in system related testing of data updates and accuracy

Qualifications, Work Experience:

Essential
  • 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of different reporting tools
  • 1-2 years of Excel and word experience
  • Exposure to end-client interaction and gathering of reporting requirements from them
  • Experience of working with different systems (like HR system)
Desirable
  • Graduate with a degree in mathematics, statistics or a computer, HR related discipline
  • Experience in HR Ops
  • Experience of working with systems (like ResourceLink) in a business environment
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management process such as starters, leavers and data management for UK or European countries

Knowledge
(Languages, IT skills etc.) Please list in order of importance to assist with screening. Essential
  • MS Office & SQL or reporting Tools
  • 2 years of Excel experience
