, especially Zoho People/Recruit/CRM. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, data management, and automation tasks through Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update employee records, attendance, and leave through
Zoho People
Coordinate recruitment activities via
Zoho Recruit
, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Automate HR workflows and streamline processes using Zoho tools
Maintain accurate HR data and reports for audits, MIS, and leadership reviews
Support onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees
Assist in HR operations like policy rollouts, performance tracking, and compliance
Coordinate with IT/Zoho support for technical issues and customization needs
Ensure proper documentation and digital filing of employee records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR operational role using Zoho applications
Strong knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Creator/CRM (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR reporting
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks
Good to Have:
Experience in HR operations in real estate or construction industry
Familiarity with Zoho automation, workflow setup, and customization
