Job Description

Job Overview:



We are looking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Professional to manage end-to-end payroll

processes and statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, and PT. The ideal candidate will ensure

accurate and timely payroll execution, manage compliance with labour laws, and provide support in

employee query resolution related to salary and statutory deductions

Key Responsibilities:



Payroll Management:



Process monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and external payroll vendors (if
applicable).

Validate attendance, leaves, and overtime data for payroll inputs.
Ensure accuracy in salary structure, deductions, and reimbursements.
Generate salary slips and resolve employee payroll queries.
Handle full and final settlements for exited employees.

Statutory Compliance:



Generate ESIC and PF challans on a monthly basis using relevant government portals.
Upload contributions to EPFO and ESIC portals and ensure timely payments.
File Professional Tax (PT) and TDS returns as per due dates.
Maintain statutory registers and records for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.

Industrial Relations (IR):



Monitor compliance and working conditions of contract labour and third-party manpower
agencies.

Track compliance with labour laws related to contract labour, and assist in managing contractor
staff relations.

Maintain all necessary IR documentation, including grievance records, warning letters,
disciplinary action reports, and settlement agreements.

Other HR Functions:



Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, exit formalities, and HRMIS updates.
Support HR team in employee engagement and policy implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Human Resources / Business Administration.
3-4 years of relevant experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
Hands-on experience with payroll ERP like SAP is add on advantage.
Solid knowledge of labour laws including PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax (TDS).
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and confidentiality.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
