Key Responsibilities
Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance
Maintain and manage HRMS data, reports, and employee records
Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Address employee queries related to HR operations and policies
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in HR Operations
Working knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and HRMS tools
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
