Job Description

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in HR processes such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, attendance management, performance management, and compliance. This role also supports talent management, employee relations, and HR administration to ensure an efficient and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up-to-date.

Prepare and maintain HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.

Manage HRMS (Human Resource Management System) data entry, ensuring the system is accurate and current.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary documentation, orientation, and support.

Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process, including clearance and final settlement.

Ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and team.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.

Administer employee benefits such as insurance, leave policies, provident fund, etc., and ensure compliance with regulations.

Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely submission of payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and other related tasks.

Attendance & Leave Management:

Manage employee attendance, including tracking and monitoring leaves, overtime, and absences.

Ensure accurate leave records and assist employees with leave-related queries.

Handle attendance reports, and coordinate with managers regarding absenteeism issues.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.

Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts, providing guidance and recommendations on how to handle specific issues.

Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance appraisal process.

Ensure that employee performance reviews are conducted on time and assist managers with providing feedback to employees.

Help monitor and track performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees requiring additional support.

Compliance & HR Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Assist in the development and updating of HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legal and organizational standards.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR practices are legally compliant.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and team-building activities.

Support the organization of employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and company events.

Monitor employee satisfaction and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture.

HR Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other key metrics.

Track HR-related KPIs and assist HR leadership in presenting findings to senior management.

Maintain documentation of all HR activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness for audits and compliance checks.

Training and Development:

Support training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, coordinating logistics, and tracking attendance.

Assist in identifying training needs across the organization and liaise with external training providers when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
