Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Maintain HR records and HRMS data
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Handle employee HR queries and documentation
Support audits, MIS reports, and HR processes
Requirements:
2+ years of HR Operations experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
