Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, and exit.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll vendors/finance.
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment, gratuity, and other applicable labour legislations.
Maintain statutory registers, employee records, HR documentation, and MIS.
Support appraisal cycles, confirmations, increments, and HR audits.
Address employee grievances and support employee relations matters.
Implement and update HR policies and internal HR processes.
Hiring Support (as required):
Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners.
