We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - HR Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various operational functions, ensuring efficient processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :
? Managing the onboarding of new joiners, Induction and managing joining formalities.
? Managing leave, attendance and employee query and grievance.
? Responsible for employee engagement and team productivity.
? Ensuring team discipline and adherence to company policy. ? Separation and exit formalities.
? Client coordination.
? Responsible for exit formalities.
? Responsible for Exit Analysis, Employee engagement score and all weekly and monthly MIS.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience in operations administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of affirmative action planning and strategic planning methodologies is advantageous.
