The HR Operations Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operational activities including employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, onboarding, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update employee master data, personal files, and HR records
Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and overtime data
Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for monthly payroll processing
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities (joining, documentation, handover, F&F)
Issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, experience, relieving, etc.)
Compliance & Statutory
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
(PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CL/EL/SL, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act)
Maintain statutory registers and records
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required
Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, salary, and benefits
Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes
Assist in maintaining a healthy work culture and employee engagement
Recruitment Support
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate documentation
Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong documentation and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information
Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience in HR Operations (construction/manufacturing preferred)
