We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join as our HR Operations Manager. As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture. Most of your time will be spent supporting the operational aspect, and 30% is generalist-focused and is ideal for someone with prior experience who enjoys structure, ownership, and working closely with people.

How would your day look like

Audit documents shared by candidates to ensure alignment with the information provided during hiring Run and coordinate reference checks Maintain accuracy across people-related data and records Support hiring and onboarding processes end-to-end Support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle processes Coordinate with internal stakeholders on people-related queries Observe, understand, and support people's behaviour within teams

You must:

Have prior experience in HR operations, people operations, or a similar role Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams Be comfortable multitasking and managing priorities independently Practice active listening and follow-through
