to manage end-to-end attendance, leave, and timekeeping functions for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HRMS systems (preferably Spine), payroll coordination, and contract manpower management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and shift data in Spine HRMS.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly input and reconciliation.
Manage overtime, out-duty, holidays, and weekly off schedules.
Verify contract manpower attendance, payments, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee queries related to attendance and leave.
Support HR and Admin in onboarding, travel desk, and engagement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate with PG/Diploma in HRM / Personnel Management.
5-6 years of experience in
manufacturing industry
(Time Office / HR Operations).
Good communication and computer skills.
Strong knowledge of attendance systems and statutory compliance.
