Key Responsibilities:



Employee Lifecycle Management:

Onboarding:

Managing the onboarding of new hires, including induction and joining formalities.

Attendance and Leave Management:

Handling leave requests, attendance records, and related queries.

Employee Queries and Grievances:

Addressing employee queries and resolving HR-related issues.

Exit Management:

Managing separation and exit formalities.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.

Policy and Procedure Adherence:

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Communication:

Providing information about policies, job responsibilities, work schedule, compensation, and employee benefits..

Talent Acquisition:

Assisting in the recruitment process, including resume screening and scheduling interviews.

Data Analysis:

Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.

MIS:

Responsible for Exit Analysis, Employee engagement score and all weekly and monthly MIS.
