Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai at Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Ltd. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Talent management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in talent acquisition and retention. End to End recruitment. (70-30 profile). HR Management and HR Operations skills. Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise. Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
