JD :

HRBP Role

? Recruitment ( Field & Admin ), Joining, Onboarding, Induction, Confirmation, Transfers, etc.

? Attendance & Payroll, Statutory Compliance

? Employee grievance management

? Employee engagement activities

? Exit of the employees, Settlement ( Field & Admin )

Requirement

? Should have completed Graduation / MBA in HR

? Should have 2-5 yrs of experience ( Pharma experience will be preferred )

? Should have excellent communication ( Read / Write / Speak )

? Should be well versed with MS-Office and should have hands on experience of working in software like SAP / GreytHR / Spine, etc.
