will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, and statutory compliance activities in the coco peat production unit. The role ensures smooth HR support for plant-level operations and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions.
2. Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR database.
3. Monitor attendance, leave management, and daily manpower reports.
4. Coordinate for new employee onboarding, induction, and training.
5. Handle employee queries, grievances, and communication.
6. Prepare monthly HR MIS and reports.
7. Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws, etc.) and coordination with consultants.
8. Support payroll preparation and verification of inputs.
9. Plan and execute welfare and engagement activities.
10. Coordinate with plant heads for HR support and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / related field.
2. 2-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or agro-based industry (preferably coco peat/coir).
3. Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.
