We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing Recruitment/ Hiring, ensuring compliance with SOP and Policiy procedures, and supporting the overall employee experience. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyse the TA data effectively.
Responsibilities
Recruitment, On-boarding, joining process, induction and maintaining personal files.
Grievance handling
Employee engagement activities (Kaizen scheme, team building activities & sports day etc..)
Quarterly and annual returns (Form-20, Form-D, POSH, Form-2 & ER1) ? Co-ordinating for medical insurance claim
Monitoring admin activities like canteen, transport etc...
Welfare activities , Supervise HR activities including on-boarding, training, and employee relations.
Monitoring attendance
Preparing monthly muster reports ( Recritment Matrix, TA Etc.,)

Skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in managing various HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
We are currently looking for candidates who are preferably from Bommasandra and are willing to relocate for the position.
