Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting plans.- Handle end to end recruitment process.
- Network through industry contacts and association members.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting activities.
- Laison with other functions in understanding the requirements and coordinate in closing positions.
- Develop cost effective sources of Hiring.
- Work across all requirements at levels starting from entry level.
- Improve on recruitment sources
Knowledge & Skills:
Energetic- Should have deep understanding of recruiting the right candidate for the job.
- Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be strong in building relationship.
- Willing to travel to other places.
- Willing to work on hiring targets.
