Job Description

HR Executive manages overseeing hiring, training and performance management, managing employee records and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Overseeing the hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Managing employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns.

Performance Management:

Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans for employees.

HR Policy & Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to company HR policies, as well as compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, Leaves and performance data.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Crucial for building relationships and addressing employee issues effectively.

Organizational & Detail-Oriented:

Necessary for managing numerous HR functions and maintaining accurate records.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to identify and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.

Proactiveness:

A proactive approach to improving the workplace and employee experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
