Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Manage onboarding & exit formalities
Maintain employee records, HR files, and MIS
Attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
Support employee engagement activities & HR compliance
Handle employee queries and coordination with management
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of HR operations & labour laws
Good communication & coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel & HR documentation
People-friendly attitude with confidentiality
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
