We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team at the Vadodara
office. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is
passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and people-centric
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Support recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting
Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams as needed
Provide support in organizing training & development programs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BBA/BCom/BA) - specialisation in HR preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Internship or project work in HR (if fresher)
Familiarity with HR software or HRMS tools (bonus)
