to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and compliance. The role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
Manage onboarding and induction of new joiners
Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRMS data
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, registers, audits)
Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and trackers
Support policy implementation and HR SOPs
Coordinate training programs and employee welfare initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with HRMS, attendance, and payroll coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Bachelor's degree mandatory
Experience
2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
