Complete Joining formalities follow power of 9. Send email to Asst HR Manager Payroll to input data in master database.
Master Database
- Audit and Approve new joinee uploading details on email sent by manager payroll, Audit master database on greythr monthly.
Internal Auditing -
Coordinate with internal auditors, provide them with data and keep SOP up to date, ensure implementation of SOP in team
Probation & Grievance Tracker -
Maintain complete record for probation period and send mail to all HODs every month. Maintain Probation Tracker. Complete Grievance Management on greythr and escalate to higher level wherever applicable. Maintain Grievance Tracker and present in MRM.
Manpower utilisation review meeting
- Organise atleast 1 time in month with all stakeholders, share report on email including Director HR.
Hiring
- Hire as per given priority and Target time, maintain hiring tracker and daily hiring summary.
Filing & Documentation
- Complete online & offline file management for employees including promotion, exit, appraisal details with help of Sr HR Executive and Also maintain Online and offline record for - HR Manual, Safety Manual, SOP, Other HR policies etc
