Seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. Preference for candidates with healthcare sector experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical & non-clinical roles.
Source, screen, schedule interviews, and close positions on time.
Manage onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and employee records.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and basic compliance.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and resolve HR queries.
Assist in performance review processes and exit formalities.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.

Pay: ₹21,680.56 - ₹28,674.66 per month
