Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interview.

Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and AI tools for effective hiring.

Maintain the database of recruitment and candidate pipelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Onboarding to offboarding knowledge.

HR Administration.

Executing employee engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA / Graduate in HR or related field.

Minimum 1 years of overall HR experience.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Exposure to HRMS and modern HR tools.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary: 2,40,00 - 3,60,000 CTC
