Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation
Maintain accurate HR MIS, employee files, and HR systems
Statutory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
Coordinate statutory filings, returns, and audits
Keep HR policies updated as per legal changes
Payroll Management
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement
Ensure accuracy in payroll inputs, deductions, and compliance
Address payroll-related employee queries
Employee Relations
Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances
Support disciplinary processes and policy implementation
Promote a positive and compliant work environment
Exit Management
Manage resignation, notice period tracking, and exit formalities
Conduct exit interviews and process full & final settlements
Ensure timely clearance and documentation
