Job Title: HR Generalist(Male Candidate)
Job Summary:
We're seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain various HR documents, including employee records, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
2. Attendance Management: Manage employee attendance, track leaves, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. MS Office & Excel: Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, to track employee data, prepare reports, and perform other HR-related tasks.
4. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
5. Tender Portal Management: Manage tender-related activities, including uploading documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance.
6. General HR Tasks: Perform other HR-related tasks, such as recruitment support, employee onboarding, and responding to HR inquiries.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
2. Experience with HR software and systems.
3. Certification in HR or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
