Manage end-to-end recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and issue offers
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Provide regular recruitment updates to the General Manager
Plan and execute employee engagement programs (team-building, wellness, and recognition events)
Oversee onboarding, gather employee feedback, and track monthly performance metrics
Assist in performance reviews, KPI tracking, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and support benefits administration
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and retention
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Address employee relations issues and support managers with HR-related matters
Promote an inclusive, confidential, and respectful workplace culture

Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
4-5 years of relevant HR experience, especially in recruitment, engagement, and performance management
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of employees and management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HR tools and HRIS systems
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with high integrity and confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities focused on employee satisfaction and retention
