Executive Hr (generalist)
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist with around one year of experience,.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
Maintain and update employee records,Support the administration of employee benefits and leave management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Approximately one year of experience in an HR role.
Basic understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment laws
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
