Job Summary

We are currently looking for an

HR Generalist

responsible for end-to-end HR operations and supporting the smooth functioning of the organization. The role requires close coordination with multiple departments, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, reference checks, and issuing employment contracts

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements

Maintain employee database, records, and HR documentation

Formulate, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

Maintain daily attendance and leave records of in-house and field staff

Handle statutory HR-related tasks and compliance

Conduct employee orientation and onboarding for new joiners

Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities

Facilitate and maintain office assets

Organize and coordinate office events and employee engagement activities

Procure resources and materials required for smooth office functioning

Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures

Recommend and implement employee motivation and retention strategies
