Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
Handle payroll processing inputs, attendance, leave management, and coordination with finance or payroll vendors
Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other labor law requirements
Address employee grievances, support disciplinary processes, and ensure timely resolution in line with company policies
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee HR administration including employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, and asset coordination
Support performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies, company procedures, and applicable labor laws
