We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of handling multiple aspects of HR while ensuring smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
Coordinate training & development programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a [digital/creative/IT/etc.] industry.
Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
