We are looking for an experienced HR Executive (Generalist) with strong expertise in manual payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in labor laws and capable of handling HR responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Prepare and process payroll manually, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations.
Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and payslips.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle monthly PF and ESI filings and returns.
Generate UAN and ESIC numbers for new employees.
Ensure compliance with statutory labor regulations and audit readiness.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Manage onboarding and exit processes.
Support in preparing offer letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
Employee Support:
Address payroll and benefits-related queries.
Maintain confidentiality and handle employee grievances professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll (manual) and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of PF & ESI portals and labor law requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel (for payroll calculations).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
