Job summary
we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. the role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while supporting overall organizational growth.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Handle employee lifecycle activities such as joining, confirmation, exit, and documentation
Maintain employee records, hr databases, and reports
Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Address employee queries related to hr policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist in performance management processes and appraisals
plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Coordinate training and development programs
Support hr audits and internal process improvements
Required skills & qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in hr, business administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience as an hr generalist or hr executive
Strong knowledge of hr operations, recruitment, and labor laws
Experience with hrms, payroll coordination, and documentation
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in ms excel, word, and email communication
Preferred qualifications
Mba in hr or equivalent qualification
Experience in handling both corporate and field hiring
Knowledge of statutory compliance (pf, esi, gratuity, etc.)
Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
