Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Help in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll support activities.
Prepare and update HR-related reports as required.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Handle basic employee queries or escalate them to the HR Manager when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to company policies.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices (preferred but not mandatory).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
