Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes across departments and locations.

? Payroll & Compliance: Process payroll accurately and ensure adherence to statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, PoSH, etc.).

? Performance Management: Implement structured performance appraisal systems and drive continuous feedback mechanisms.

? Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through initiatives, grievance handling, and engagement programs.

? Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions to build team capabilities.

? Policy & Strategy: Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with business goals.

? HR Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage HRMS systems, automate processes, and support multi-location HR functions.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field; MBA in HR preferred.

? 1 to 3 years of HR experience in a recognized organization.

? Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office; strong understanding of Indian labor laws.

? Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,507.53 - ?27,000.00 per month
