We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in the
Education sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA in HR preferred).
2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the
Education industry
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment tools and portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
