: We are looking for an HR Executive having hands-on experience preferred to manage various human resources functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, passionate about human resources, with a strong commitment towards work.
Key Responsibilities
:
Recruitment and Onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the on boarding process for new hires.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
Training and Development:
Coordinate employee training programs and identify areas for development.
Responsible for Payroll Process and Statutory Compliances.
Assist in the performance review process, ensuring it is carried out fairly and on schedule.
Maintain performance appraisal records and help implement performance improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a human resources role, with a focus on HR operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
