Qualifications:
Minimum
Graduation
(MBA in HR or related field preferred)
Prior
experience in recruitment, HR operations, or administration
is required
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with
recruitment portals
and diverse hiring approaches
Comfortable using AI tools
and curious to explore new ones (no coding required)
Strong working knowledge of
Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
