Job Description

Required An HR Executive - Talent Acquisition, for on-boarding of white and Blue collar candidates in different locations (Tier-1 & Tier-2 Cities) .

Must have experience of min - 1 year in Talent Acquisition . Having good Communication skills ( Hindi & English), Mail etiquette. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Experience with sourcing techniques Understanding of referral programs Solid verbal and written communication skills
Qualification - Graduate in Any Stream & MBA preferable

Salary - Best in Industry

Timings - 8 AM to 8PM (Any 9 hours of Shift)
