Job Description

Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, Bonus Act). Coordinate with compliance teams for timely submission of statutory records. Maintain site-wise compliance documents as per client audits and SLAs. Support internal & external HR audits. Support the commercial team with manpower data required for billing. Verify attendance, overtime, deployment sheets, and client-approved records. Assist in preparing MIS reports for billing, payroll inputs, and cost sheets. Coordinate with client representatives for approval of monthly attendance and invoices.

Pay: ?11,232.57 - ?34,184.02 per month
