1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment drives for technical and non-technical roles. Screen, schedule, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for new joiners. Maintain employee records and HRIS database.
2. Time Office & Attendance:
Monitor attendance, leave management, and overtime records. Manage shift rosters and coordinate with department heads.
Ensure timely payroll inputs and error-free data entry.
3. Statutory Compliance & Audits:
Maintain compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.). Assist in external audits (HR, EHS, regulatory).
Ensure timely renewal of labor licenses and vendor documentation.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes. Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and feedback programs.
Maintain positive industrial relations on the shop floor.
5. Training & Development:
Assist in coordinating technical and behavioral training sessions. Maintain training records and employee skill matrices.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare HR-related MIS reports. Maintain and update HR SOPs as per GMP and regulatory guidelines.
Administration:
All the Admministrative activities related to plant (housekeeping/security Management/Travel Arrangement/ Guest Management/Vendor Managment (general) pest control and other centre related administrative Activities.)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
