Duties & Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple sources
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR databases
Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
Design and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Build predictive models for attrition, hiring demand, and workforce planning
Use statistical techniques to identify correlations and drivers
Qualification:
MBA (HR)
Experience:
Min 2 years of relevant experience
