We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and regularly updating employee records in both physical and digital formats. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic management knowledge, and proficiency in Excel for effective data management.
Responsibilities:
Handle HR and administrative tasks
Update and manage internal HR systems for tracking employee details, leave, attendance, and compliance data
Generate reports from HR databases as required
Visit the factory twice a week, if required
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar back-office role (freshers can also apply)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
